Oh, no! Not Twelfth Night celebrations again. The cold, the pain from standing for 3 hours, the cramped space, the crowds, the cheap labour and hot dogs for only a quarter! Where's the profit in all this volunteer work?

Once again the Rotary Club of Alliston, the New Tecumseth Fire Department, and the Alliston Herald, host the Friday night celebration. Residents are encouraged to bring their Christmas trees and add them to the bon fire. Families also bring their toboggans, sleds. tubes or whatever gets them down the hill and enjoy the evening.
