Rotary Gala Auction: November 3, 2007

Making the lists and checking them twice. This year we were
fortunate enough to have over 270 items! There is a lot of paperwork
involved to make sure the event runs smoothly.

When you have over 270 items displaying them to their best
advantage  can be a challenge. The only way to best show
off this beautiful Mennonite quilt was to hang it.

It takes many hands and strong backs to transport all the items from
"auction central" in Alliston to Woodington Lake Golf Club. The great thing about Rotary projects is the fellowship involved along with the work!

The last thing to do before the big night is to place the bid sheets
with the items and check them for accuracy.
